Dead Matter is a zombie survival rogue-lite developed by Quantum Integrity Software that takes place in Alberta, CA.

Kickstarter Campaign[edit | edit source]

Dead Matter was funded through Kickstarter, with the campaign starting on July 17, 2017 and ending on August 16, 2017.[1] The campaign asked for CA$60,000, and reached full funding on July 20, 2017, just 3 days after the campaign started.[2]

By the end of the Kickstarter campaign, it had raised over CA$285,784, meaning it had met the threshold for seven of its stretch goals from Kickstarter funding. The reached stretch goals are as follows:

  • CA$70,000 - "Map Expansion"
    • Reached on July 21, 2017.
  • CA$85,000 - "Planes & Trains"
    • Reached on July 21, 2017.[3]
  • CA$120,000 - "Way Back West"
    • Reached on July 24, 2017.[4]
  • CA$175,000 - "Interactive AI Settlements & Factions"
    • Reached on August 2, 2017.[5]
  • CA$200,000 - "Radio & Radio Stations"

  • CA$225,000 - "Modular Gear, New Weapons, and Enhanced Twitch Support"
    • Reached on August 14, 2017.[7]
  • CA$275,000 - "Player-made Structures"
